Cancel a Premium subscription
Cancellation is managed by your app store — UmmahAlert itself has no account and cannot cancel on your behalf:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → UmmahAlert → Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → UmmahAlert → Cancel.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled the app or switched phones? Use the Restore Purchase button in the app's Premium screen. If it doesn't come back, write to us with the email linked to your store account and the approximate purchase date.
Report a bug
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and which device + app version you're on. Screenshots help a lot.
